Vulcan Technologies, Inc. prohibits the use of unsolicited bulk email (“spam”) to advertise or promote vulcan.ai or any Vulcan product or service.
1. No unsolicited bulk email
No employee, contractor, affiliate, vendor, or other third party is authorized to advertise vulcan.ai or any Vulcan product or service using unsolicited bulk email.
2. What vulcan.ai email is used for
Email from vulcan.ai is limited to ordinary one-to-one business correspondence; transactional and service notifications to customers with an existing relationship, such as account provisioning, password resets, and product notifications; and announcements to recipients with an existing customer relationship or who have opted in.
3. Marketing mail standards
Marketing and outreach mail, where used, is sent from separate domains, complies with the CAN-SPAM Act — accurate headers, sender identification, a working unsubscribe mechanism, and a physical postal address — and honors opt-outs promptly.
4. Enforcement
Violations of this policy by personnel result in revocation of email and tooling access and disciplinary action. Violations by vendors result in termination of the vendor relationship.
5. Reporting unwanted email
To report unwanted email referencing vulcan.ai, contact abuse@vulcan.ai. Reports are reviewed by the CTO.
